today en ahmad puad mat som gave talk..it is something about bottom billion..
actually i have hear b4,bt i am not concern what it is about..

characteristic of the states

• weak,poor governance
  
• often which country of conflict
• resulted in limited goverment ability to disburne aid effectively
• landlocked with bad neighbour
• suppression of human light
• marginalization of particular ehtnic groups
• live in no money
• stuck in absolute poverty
• no education

characteristic of the people

• live in the track of disease(parasitic &bacterial disposal)
  
• effect of neglected tropical disease
• light cost of travel
• reduced child survival
• reduced agriculture

investment 4 key element proverty trap:

• health (especially maternal &child
• agricultre
• education
• infrastucture

actually what it is between battom billion with one eyes world??
